Hi We are installing kaspersky network agent on windows server 2003 sp2. It is giving error 'Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent Wizard Ended Premature. Problem – Kaspersky Network Agent: Fatal error during installation. While attempting to install Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 on a freshly built computer the installation of the Network Agent failed with the less than helpful message “Fatal error during installation”. 2) If Windows Installer does not work correctly, open Problem Reports and Solutions to see if a solution is available. Open Problem Reports and Solutions by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Problem Reports and Solution.

each time i try to deploy the anti-virus from the sever to client pc i get this error: shared folder 'USER_IPadmin$' is unavailable for the following account 'access is denied'

What i have done?

1-used several administrating accounts including the enterprise admin

Agent

2-tryed with no account at all

3-unchecked 'using network agent' box in deploying task settings

4-network discovery in client PC in turned on

5-disabled client PC windows firewall

what am i doing wrong?!!!

  • After starting new installation, or an upgrade of Endpoint Security Client, see error popup with text:
    'Error 1935 An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {98CB24AD-52FB-DB5F-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E} (numbers can differ). HRESULT: 0x80070002'

Corruption of Microsoft.NET Framework, caused by incorrect faulty uninstallation of certain products that use Microsoft.NET Framework.

This error is not related to the Endpoint Security Client application.
